At D&D, our first priority is the quality and precision of the products we produce. We have in-house CMM capabilities, allowing our team to confirm the accuracy of any dimensions or tolerances. This process ensures conformance to drawing specifications and any industry-specific standards.
We use the latest in CMM technology to measure accuracy and compliance to customer specifications.
For this purpose we have a specialist assigned to perform this task at every step of production using our gantry CMM. Quality assurance is built into our work process as an inherent part of production.

Our DEA Alpha Image Gantry CMM can travel up to 78.7'' (X-Axis) x 128.9" (Y-Axis) x 59" (Z-Axis).
